False advertising, terrible customer service, extremely unhelpful

I purchased a Groupon voucher recently for 'Five Personalised Wall Calendars'.

However, having spent hours sorting images, uploading images and creating the 5 calendars, the voucher code only removed the price of one calendar when I entered the groupon code.

I called Vistaprint and they informed me that it has to be 5 identical calendars, which is not mentioned anywhere on the voucher or the fine print. I would not have made the purchase had I known this.

The call with vistaprint was extremely frustrating and unhelpful and the only offer they could make was that I pay £6 PER CALENDAR for delivery - which would have been more than the original cost, and would mean I had saved nothing at all.

I will never again be using Vistaprint and will advise everyone I possibly can to do the same.
