customer service and delivery are rubbish

pointless ever paying extra for am delivery from very, i have done this several times and not once has it arrived before 1.30 and later. i wont be using this service again, customer service are hopeless you spend ages on phone then have to ring other departments, the worse customer service ever. they have a great tv advertisement wish they lived up to it.
