I'm really not pleased with your services. I placed a order last week for a next delivery, and you only came two days after and I wasn't home and you didn't even left a notice or an email or something. Even after I made the payment, you didn't send the confirmation of the payment. I called to know about my order and you said you were only able to send it this tuesday, today, so You made me stay the whole day waiting for the order and when the delivery arrived I noticed that the bag was too small for the amount I ordered and I told the guy, he said there's nothing to do with him and he was right because in the bag there is my name. The thing is, I did not order anything that is in this bag, it doesn't belong to me, I paid for something more expensive and you need to make sure I get my money back or my order, I have waited one week for an order that was supposed to be a next delivery order, I am really mad right now with your services, I think you should do something quickly to fix this. Who do I write to? I want to make a complaint. I'm trying to be calm because I'm travelling tomorrow and I want my stuff, You better make sure I get it. Another thing, I called to complain the same number I called last week and they said that they only deal with PR, how is that possible? if last week I called the same number.
You must be a new store in business because you are not working properly.
