I recently sent money to France and was having problems getting my bank to allow payment. Almost immediately I received an email from GlobalWebPay recognising my difficulty and suggesting I try again. Did so with same result. Another email from Gwp suggesting I contact my bank. Did so but still no success. Gwp emailed once more suggesting I wait until the following day before trying again.
The next morning a very helpful, pleasant and efficient member of Gwp staff telephoned me and helped me through the whole process once more. At first we were not successful, but he persevered until, at last, everything worked. Good followup via email telling me when the money would arrive
I was so impressed by the speed of all their responses and their very helpful attitude.
