I scheduled a parcel through Parcel2go to be collected by My Hermes. The parcel was picked up on 22 November and has still not been delivered. Parcel2go cannot ring My Hermes - can only communicate with them by email and they don't reply/. It is now 05 December and I am constantly being told to wait a few more days! Noone can tell me where my parcel is and when it will be delivered. Ridiculous situation and I am getting no help or support from Parcel2go.
