I ordered a rug in September, due in early October. I had lounge decorated and was happy that rug would be here in time for Christmas. Due date came and went and I started to get fidgety. I e mailed Achica and was told it would be arriving later than expected. I kept waiting and waiting. Eventually early December I contacted again only to be told this time that it wasn't coming in!! I contacted the Rug Company who said they had know for a long time that this item would not be in! I have continually e mailed asking for someone to call me as this service is disgusting, they don't.
I have tried to get hold of a telephone number there must be one somewhere.
