My digital display unit failed in 2012 and technical support talked me through resetting over the phone. I had the same problem this year, but after some over the phone advice, it was concluded that the unit would not reset at all. Although disappointed that such a unit had failed after about 5 years, I was supplied very quickly with a new one. An expensive experience, but at least I can control the heating again.
