For the first time in our experience, we were disappointed with the Meet & Greet service. Saw car driven away from us when we were less than 50 yards away and less than 10 minutes after being told to wait 20 minutes. Waited a further 10 minutes before phoning in to ask where our car might be only to find out it had been directed to South terminal as that was where we were to be picked up. We had confirmed North from the outset, so NOT happy!! :-((

I am very sorry to hear of the problems you may have suffered whilst parking with Gatwick Air Parking.
