Argos

Argos....Stay clear, bad customer service....

I purchased a PlayStation 3 bundle from Argos, there was a problem with the controller....was told buy Argos to send the controller back (whole process supposed to take 5 days) ....their suppliers then advised they wanted the whole bundle back....to cut a long story short It is now 7 weeks down the line I have no PlayStation I've had numerous broken promises and am yet to have a refund. Honest opinion.....use a different company.
