I'd have had better luck with a carrier pigeon.

My parcel was due to be delivered today as I had to change the delivery date, because of work. But, I assumed since I had moved the date forward by 2 days, and from my tracking schedule it looked like my parcel was in the depot, I assumed it'd be here reasonably early, since it was next day delivery.

I needed the parcel for a client's photo shoot tomorrow. However, DPD have shown themselves once again to be a complete and absolute joke of a company, and are going to make an idiot out of me. I received a text confirming my delivery would be here between 12:14 - 13:14, I thought: "great, means i can still go to my appointments at night." As you can probably already guess, I didn't make any of them. No, actually, I sat in ALL day, by myself waiting for this package to arrive.

7hrs, and 2 calls to customer service (as they've kindly finally informed customers what their customer service number is - cheers.), saying it was something about traffic? They ensured me that the parcel will be with me today, and I've just checked to see that my package has been returned to the depot. Surprise, fucking, surprise. I'd like to also point out that I'm really not one to write reviews. But, they've really pissed me off this time. I'm beyond furious, and I'd highly advise anyone who wants to send something via courier, use anyone, anyone but these jokers. If you run your own business, or if you have to get something to a client, etc... these people will make YOU look like an idiot.

I expect a full refund.

Really sorry that you have had issues with us on this occasion, and for any inconvenience that was caused.
