I was due delivery of a mobile on the 3 December, but I was not at home on that day. I went on line on Yodel website and rearranged delivery of the parcel for the 5th December at my work address. Of course nothing was delivered at work, instead I received 2 notes at home telling me that I missed 3 deliveries and will have to go at their service center. When I phoned the Yodel free number it is just an automated computer system.
I have found an email address (customercare@vx.yodel.co.uk and sent a complaint to Yodel and to the phone company, let's see if they reply
