Yodel, I ordered an item from clinique a little prezzie for my girlfriend, and it said pick the delivery option, so I did next day named it cost £4.95, ordered on Friday and picked my date of delivery which was Tuesday 4th December 2012! Yodel are there couriers, You pay for extra delivery for a reason, and well i looked on there online tracking system, it looked late, so i rang this really nice person at clinque customer services and explained.. the item i ordered arrived at that depot LATE! i say late!!.. so it could be delivered but it arrived at 18:00 and they stop delivering at 21:00 surly if that was the case, could of delivered it on the day i paid for! bad service!.. anyways so next day came and looking at the time they stop delivering at 21:00 and at 19:00 at night it wasn't even there, considering there depot was 5 minutes away in the car! from where it was meant to have been delivered.. So we are still waiting now for it!. its not Clinques fault its YODEL! waste of time.. If you want something go and get it in the shop yourself! or use AMAZON! there all on their are very good! YODEL ARE BAD! VERY BAD! WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE! NEVER ON TIME! HOW YOU EXCEPT TO RUN A GOOD BUSINESS WHEN YOUR NOT ON TIME! IF IT WAS ME UL BE SACKED!
