LIES, LIES, LIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
First a delivery slot that passed - then a parcel mysteriously recorded as being back in depot.
Then an automated telephone service that doesn't advance anything and web system that is just as bad.
One hour delivery window - don't make me laugh!
Faultless service - my eye!
It seems to me that your allocated driver for my delivery was one of two things:
(a) fictitious
or
(b) should be sacked for not doing his job.
Still no wiser when my parcel will turn up - still no reply from customer serivce.
Still thoroughly hacked off by the anything but next day delivery from this shower of hucksters and shysters - you make HDNL/Yodel seem good in comparison, and that is saying something!!!
How about providing a telephone number on your website where you can actually speak to a real person instead of some bloody automated system reliant upon having a calling card number, which hasn't been delivered because you've been nowhere near the delivery address!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
