Waste of time. Keep away from companies using YODEL

A parcel was never delivered to my house, neither a card posted through my door informing me that the parcel was delivered to my neighbour's house. The parcel was not even delivered to my neighbour's house as stated by Amazon, I don't know where it is. Yodel website does not even have a contact phone number. What a WASTE of Company and the service it provides. Amazon needs to stick with Royal Mail, who at least have depots where parcels can be collected from.

What a CRAP service. 1/10 for overall service

The parcel was never delivered. No card was posted through my letter box stating the parcel was delivered to neighbours house. Without the card I dont have the tracking no, therefore unable to check the parcel on line. Yodel dont even have a contact phone number on their website. The parcel was not even delivered to my neighbours house and dont know where it is. I been waiting for over a week. What a con of a company and I cant believe Amazon use them. They need to stick with Royal Mail. At least you have a depot to collect your parcels from.
