I am so upset, I tried to order a dress that I couldn't really afford to start with, it told me that my email was in use and the order had not gone through. I checked my order history a few times and there isn't one, I also hadn't got any emails, so figured it was for the best and would save me £25. I have just checked my bank account and they HAVE taken 25 pound THREE times. This is going to put me in an overdraft that will cost a fortune a day. Have emailed with no reply, so may have to go to my bank and try to get them to get funds and the expense from the overdraft back.
