I PLACED AN ORDER FOR CHILDS COAT RECIEVED CONFORMATION ORDER WAS PROCESSED 7DAYS LATER DATE OF ORDER PROCESSED HAD CHANGED
FROM 22ND TO 29TH FOLLOWING DAY CHANGED AGAIN SAYING ORDER
CA CELLED SPENT 18MINS TRYING TO GET THROUGH ON PHONE EVENTUALY
SPOKE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO ASSURED ME ORDER NOT CANCELLED
SHE WOULD CHASE IT UP TWO DAYS LATER STILL SAYING ORDER CANCELLED
AFTER SENDING NUMEROUS EMAIL EVENTUALLY SAID SOLD OUT FULL OF APOLOGIZES VERY UNHAPPY 5DAYS LATER GET PHONE CALL FROM THEM
SAYING THE ORDER WAS BEING PROCESSED THEY
HAD MADE A MISTAKE AND WOULD GET ORDER IN A FEW DAYS TOLD THEM I DO NOT WANT THE ORDER NOW AFTER ALL THE HASSLE AND MONEY SPENT ON PHONE CALLS THEY SAY THEY CAN'T STOP ORDER NOW AND I WILL HAVE TO REFUSE WHEN IT ARRIVES THEY WILL TAKE THE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT
I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW BAD THE COMPANY IS AND WOULD ADVISE ANYONE NOT TO ORDER FROM THEM THE SERVICE IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER RECIEVED
