These people are so unprofessional!!!! I ordered 2 Egg chairs from this company on November 28th 2011. I am still waiting for the chairs (December 5th, 2012...OVER A YEAR LATER!!!!!! )and they do not have an answer as to why there is a delay. First, they lost the check I sent in and I had to cancel the check. Then they asked me to wire transfer the money cause it would be easier to track. After wiring the money, they did not apply it to my account and have no answers as to why the money wasn't applied to my order. It's been over a year and now they say I again have a balance of $1200 which was clearly paid in full. Nobody on the customer service end has any clue as to whats going on. I would never ever use their services and if you value your time and energy, don't waste it on Infurn.
