Good but simple chang to be great!!

Had product I wanted (Samsung S4 mini Red one), explained it was a European one, order process simple and quick, let down by, sent email that the other product I'd ordered had been sent, but NOT the very much more expensive phone though, Did not send any tracking information though on either product, so after a coup[le of days I emailed them, good response but by then both products were waiting for me at my local post office. Good Company let down by silly omissions, have used before and will use again, but just sort out silly mistakes for 5 stars

far too picky and you need to know the difference between course and vulgar!!!

Took a lot of effort to post a review, and you seem only happy in "good nice wholsum" reviews, sometimes people have a bad experience they want everyone to know about, if someone uses colourful (me being polite) your web site should pick it up and highlight it straight away (text filters are a wonderful invention and so easy to use) not expect the reviewer to have to spend the next 2 days trying to edit thier review because you can not be bothered to either send a direct link to the reviewer or send the review for editing, this can be a problem as well if you dont use your site all the time and you forget your password. As an older person why does everything you do have to go through facebook, I personally dont want the whole of the www to know everything about me, and I'm sure most of your other reviewee's dont either.

Regarding Facebook, we are aware of the issue and acknowledge that not everyone is in favor of using Facebook. However, the validation of user profiles via Facebook helps us drive Trustpilot in the right direction. We believe the review platform should contain as few anonymous profiles as possible. In addition, by requiring user validation via Facebook we see less fake user profiles. So validation through Facebook helps us achieving those goals. We realise it’s not the perfect solution, and are looking into other options for social validation. In the meantime, users always have the option in their Trustpilot settings to disconnect their Facebook account from their Trustpilot profile once they have registered. Had wrong price's on web site and really need to change from city link as they really let your service down

3rd time lucky, Having spoken to Drinks Shop, they have sorted out the small problem with the pricing problem, power of a phone call wonderful, and really the only negative about my purchase was the delivery, which is something they don't control.
So back to 4 stars for the Drinks Shop. Yes I will be using them again.

Dirty Lenses Shame

Did exactly what they said they would, supplied the right frame and fitted the lenses I ordered and delivered them, only mark was just that, the glasses should have been checked and cleaned before they were sent out, the lenses were really very dirty and covered in finger prints, I think it was a slip up. Will use them again if the price is right when I need more glasses.
