I have ordered two products from Heinnie. Both were delivered very quickly, especially given they go in the normal post (both items were ordered late at night, I then received them not the following day but the day after). I received an email confirming the order; another to confirm the product was being processed and another to say it had been dispatched; so I was very much kept 'in the loop', as they say.
