Never had a problem

Order a lot of stuff of ASOS, never have a problem, wrong size comes very rarely but always easily sorted, factors such as free returns (get refunded in under a week), next day delivery for a year for £10 and such a wide range of products mean that positives will always outweigh negatives. They don't advertise a customer service number but they do have one which can be found with a brief search on Google. Fantastic website.

Sent watch back, but still fairly good.

Watch arrived next day as promised, sent watch back because it didn't suit me, only gripe I do have is that they advertise that most returns are dealt with on the same day they are received, mine took a few days to be processed which started me worrying but still no problems of note.

Ordered hair product Friday afternoon, arrived Wednesday morning on Royal Mail Signed For, impressed, will use again.



I ordered my posters one wednesday, and on friday i got an email saying that my posters had been desptached, minus one, for no given reason. Even though it states customer service will contact you, they didnt. So i rang myself. Posters took a week to arrive, not bad timing i suppose, but I am still waiting for the replacement poster that i exchanged for the original that had 'sold out'. Not expecting to get it to be honest. Asked ross on customer services if he could track a order for me, said system was slow and he would call me back; he didn't. so i rang him and he proceeded to lie that my order would be there the next day; it turned up an hour later. Lazy boy.
