Made travel to and from Gatwick so easy

Although the driver wasn't obvious when we arrived and I got drenched wandering around looking for someone to greet us, the rest of the service was fine. The driver meeting us just had an ordinary flourescent jacket on and I would expect the company name to be clearly visible on the clothing/uniform in this business. This was the case on our return.
Otherwise the service was great with plenty of clear communication via text and email. Didn't realise the card I was given on arrival would be required by returns driver and when I coudn't locate it in the pouring rain (again) I showed my driving license which was satisfactory proof for them. Needless to say as I got in the car and had another look, I found it in a pocket of my bag. I would have had it handy if I had known the card would be needed.
I would use this company again and overall was pleased with the service.
