I googled valet parking at Birmingham Airport, and went on a site 'Purple Parking' which offered all sorts of parking deals. I clicked on valet parking, filled in details and paid. Then when I got the confirmation I noticed that it was off airport parking I had booked! 7 miles away!! I went back to the site to see what had happeded and notice that when I selected valet parking, the system re-directed my booking to the off site conpamy without informing me. I then went to the 'off site company site to cancel it, but it didn't have my details.
I then cheched Google for another valet parking company and booked with Stressfree parking' which was very good, and was indeed stress free. I e-mailed Purple parking to try to get a refund, but they would not as I booked only 12 hours before arrival. (ie they had my booking 30 minutes before I tried to cancel what I was duped into booking!
