Customer service was an actual person!

I was happy to find a very obscure game for Super Nintendo, and for a very reasonable price. My Pay Pal wasn't working, so I had some concerns about reserving the game, but when I called the next morning, I was told everything was fine - that their policy would have been to contact ME! if I hadn't called them. That's amazing service!
