Fantastic customer service - all the way to Oz!!

Could not be more straightforward and helpful to deal with, website is easy to use, truly one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I ordered Hifi equipment from Australia - any emails I sent were answered the next day - They gave me a quote, took off VAT and the equipment took 3 days to arrive from Bristol all tracked via DHL. Have already recommended to friends out here and would thoroughly endorse them.
