Your order took 4 days from start to finish as the item ordered was out of stock with ourselves. You will have received an email to advise this the morning after your order with clear guidlines as to the time frame, giving you ample opportunity to source esewhere if time was of the essence.
With regard to "Price Beat" you are incorrect as we always follow our policy to the T and go above and beyong price beating with 10% back if found better elsewhere.
These, as with all companies have to fall within our guidlines in order to qualify and our team will always research this for you. I am sorry you do not feel our service was acceptable. To make you aware of the climate golf retail is in at this current time we lost £5.99 selling these shoes to you ( the cost of our shipping )in the hope we may gain a valued customer.
