Yodel

Unreliable

I work shift so plan easily to home for a delivery. As such I have experience of all the big courier companies in the UK. The thorn in my side is YODEL/HDNL. 50% of their deliveries to me end up as "Delivery attempted, card left......" or worse. My most recent issue with them is a delivery of pampers purchased from Amazon on a Black Friday deal. They were apparently delivered on time, but the next day were at the depot, and despite daily attempts on YODEL's website (it's impossible to call them) to get them re-delivered they just don't seem to leave the depot. So, Amazon shipped a new package, lo & behold: "Delivery attempted, card left......" No delivery attempt & no card. During this mini saga YODEL did manage to deliver 2 other smaller packages on time!? I try my very best to avoid companies using YODEL but they are hard to avoid.
