Lazy..

I Have had repeated problems with yodel. Not delivering items or being late paying 4.95 for a specific time and day and it turning up before or after! It's a shoddy company with no cause to check there drivers out..
I ordered clarins £70 worth of creams waited till the day of delivery nothing.. I Had to go meet my husband from work when we arrived at the house bearing in mind I live in a terraced street no porch no front garden no garage and the area isn't particularly good I saw by chance a box wedged between the brick wall and my bin. I thought it was odd and took the box to my horror it was my clarins just left outside. When we complained to very we was told it was left in a garage! I emailed a Google map screen shot to them and said tell me now where my garage is! When u complain to yodel nothing gets done.. I am again waiting for a laptop today and I hope they don't mess this bloody one up!!!
Disgusting rubbish service.. littlewoods and very should change there courier I would pay extra if they did!
