worrying delivery times
Heinnie's product portfolio is excellent, communication is fast and their website is clear and appealling.
After ordering more than ten times from Heinnie it is easy to predict when a shipment wil arrive. I also had nothing to worry or complain about earlier. I live abroad, as such I do not expect packages to arrive as fast as within the UK. I also checked the website from Royal Mail for delivery times abroad. On average it takes a week to receive any package. However, the last months delivery times seem to take longer...the last one even a month. I consider myself a s regular client, as such, I am getting more and more worried about sloppy delivery times. A small package should not take four weeks to be delivered anywhere in the EU...
I am willing to order more products, but at this stage I am reluctant to order again after delivery times which are far from reasonable. I noticed a serious decline in the delivery service, which I really regret.

At this time of year (December), we notice that postal times increase, due to the volume of items in the postal system.
