Nicely priced, reliable products let down by awful delivery service

Shopped here for years but I've been disappointed that the company no longer stocks St John's Wort. Also, and something that may make me look elsewhere, is the time it took for my recent purchase to arrive. Seems that the company doesn't use Royal Mail but people-with-cars who delivery as and when they can fit it in.

Our delivery service has recently been revamped to reduce waiting times, and the response so far has been extremely positive, with the vast majority of orders now being delivered within two working days. Gift token postage charge way too much

I bought a gif token - £25 - as a Christmas present. I was charged over £2 for postage when it can't possibly have cost this much to package & post. A much better way to attract repeat business would have been to offer free P&P for such a small item

We are sorry to hear that the customer considered the postage cost to be too steep. The Standard Postage cost is a set amount which is considered by a vast majority of our customer's to be very competitive. We will however pass on the comments to the relevant department as we do read and take our feedback very seriously with a view to improving our service where ever possible.
