I ordered my tap and was impressed with the price and information provided updating me as to dispatch status. I wasnt impressed with the exorbitant postage cost.
The tap arrived and was entirely the wrong one. Upon informing the company i was then told my correct tap couldnt be delivered until some days later. I pointed out that their error had led to my late delivery and asked that they would reimburse postage. This was met with a very rude response and upon asking to speak to a supervisor i was left on hold only to be told he wouldnt talk as he was going to his lunch.
The following week the tap delivery was arranged and needless to say it didnt arrive for a further 24hrs. We still await collection of the wrong tap!!
All in all, their customer service was appalling, their attitude towards me disgusting. I only hope the product is of a better quality!
My advise would be not to bother.
