second phone sold - seconds to pay out!!

Minutes on the computer resulted in £46 extra for christmas presents for a phone I nearly just put in a drawer to gather dust.Used Fonebank 2 years ago and as an old codger am very pleased with excellent quick service - I literally had a cheque by return of post.If only all companies in the UK were as efficient!!!
