Well set out, but slow in responce on some segments.

Online site is slow in its operation, which is offputting, ie it takes quite a long time for a segment ,which is being worked on, to respond.
On the face of it, the payingtoomuch.com site is useful and well set out [not withstanding the above]...good the way emails follow up the enquiries and that data is held - although I could not retrieve the partially completed application form earlier and had to go back to the start [ ironically the cost had increased by .36p since earlier!]
