I had to phone to chase the order five times; each time having to wait until a line of other customers had cleared. The order, eventually, had to be replaced with a new item. It took over three weeks from the order to delivery. Each time I spoke to customer service the girls were polite and friendly and attempted to solve the problem. I did start to doubt if the company was a fraud, but when the parcel finally arrived I was very happy with the purchase. It would have been good to have had some compensation for the days waiting in for the post and the time and cost of the phone calls. It has put me off ordering online, if I am honest.
