I ordered a part from my vehicle and paid for next day delivery...it didn't arrive. I waited in for a second day and again nothing. I checked on tracking and it showed as "delivered " at 9am that morning. I emailed jokel as you can't call and speak with anyone asking for proof of delivery I've waited nearly a week and finally had a reply- "we can't give you this information you will have to request it from the seller". I have now spoken with them and they have told me it was signed for by a name I've never heard of, best of all they haven't noted what address it was left at but it certainly wasn't mine. Jokel have now refused all responsibility stating it was between me and the company to sort because as far as the are concerned it has been delivered! I am now awaiting a call from the seller who is still arguing it out with Jokel!!!!!
As for me I will NEVER order from another company that use these idiot as couriers! AVIOD!!!
