Mattress Next Day

Delivery the next day but not to schedule or in the right place

The company were as good as their word, i got a beautiful mattress the next day delivered as agreed BUT......
having said that I paid an additional fee for a morning delivery, I got a phone call confirming then it would be btw 1 and 2pm. That is not the morning. Also, I could deal with the above BUT the explicit instructions noted on the invoice of where to deliver the matteress were completely ignored and my product was left with someone who I do not know and did not have my authroity to accept the item, I then did not recieve a call from either party confirming the mattress had been dropped off and had to spend a considerable portion of my early evening man handling it to my home from the address it was left at. Not impressed at all.
