The company is a joke. I am really disappointed with the service and quality of missguided. Their website is ridiculously slow, I was trying to place an order for three days and their website kept timing out and now they have taken so much money from my bank account without my authorisation. And to top it off the quality of the garments are poor and I don't even want them. Needless to say, I will not be recommending them.

I have checked my on-line banking today and although the error message told me the order had not been placed they have taken the payment 3 times from my bank account. I also tried later that day to order my items on a different card in case it was an issue with my debit card but I still got the same error message and was advised to try the transaction again!!! I've checked on-line banking for my other account and they have also taken payment from my other card, totalling in £172 (4 orders) taken from my accounts with only 2 orders showing on my missguided account.

I didn't have £172 for them to take, my order only came to £43. I am now in an (un-arranged) overdraft on my second bank account as I moved the money to my other account to make up for the 3 payments they took.

I received an automated email from them advising the system had noticed the order duplication, but it only mentioned one duplication!! There are 3 altogether!

The shirt has a black mark on it, the trousers have loads of pulls in the stitching and the leggings are huge for a small / medium.

I have tried calling their office number and surprise surprise, no response.

I'd stay clear!! Horrid site!

I cannot apologise enough on behalf of Missguided for the duplicate payments that have occurred. It appears that the site has been running a bit slower than normal, due to the large volume of traffic we have been receiving. As a result we are upgrading our server to accommodate the increased volume, this may have been the reason for the duplicate payments.

I also wish to apologise for the condition in which you received your item, we do ensure that all returned items go through rigorous quality control and therefore this is something that has been investigated further with the appropriate management as this is completely not acceptable.
