I received tickets only two days before the concert and that was on a Friday. I had been sent two tickets instead of one which didn't really matter to me, but did it mean that someone else lost out? You could only telephone after 17.00hrs and by then it would have been impossible to sort out. They need a representative at the concert to sort out late ticket problems.
Trying to sort out by the website was very time consuming as they required scans of tickets etc, fine if you have a scanner! I gave up in the end.
