Poor customer service

Bathroom suite was not delivered when expected through no fault of their own but there was no contact from them to let me know what was happening, it was me who had to chase it up to see when it was being delivered costing me more money. When it finally came into stock I arranged to pick it up instead of waiting for delivery as we had taken time off work to fit it that week. They said they would refund me my delivery costs which I had already paid for but after 3 phone calls to ask for this doing over a week later I am still waiting for this to be done. Very poor customer service!!
