Brilliant service from Start to finish!!!

My "Cascade" shower failed (lever kept turning but would not switch off) & as it was built in would take lots of time and money to fix, neither are plenty this close to Christmas. The company had been bought out and that company had not stocked parts for 6 years!!!
I sent photos of the box it came in (which I had miraculously kept) and bar code to The Shower Doctor who replied within 24 hours with a suitable part. I ordered and it arrived next day!!!!
Absolutely fabulous I had visions of a lengthy and expensive process...it was neither!
Would highly recommend this website to anyone!!!
