Excellent computer generated customer service. But when trying to deal with human customer service forget it. I received an order a week ago and am still waiting for someone to sort out the damaged goods despite several emails and phone calls to a premium rate 0844 number. As yet, a week later, I am no further forward and have no idea of what is happening because no-one will reply to me! I have now reordered from another retailer. Would I recommend or use Better Bathrooms again? NO WAY.
