The flowers (for a friend's funeral) were absolutely beautiful, and an exact match to the picture on the website. They were delivered in a timely basis, by a very friendly young woman (so sorry - I forgot her name!). She gave me sound advice to keep them fresh for the next day, and also how to carry them. I would definitely use this cost-effective, reliable friendly service again - and would definitely recommend it to friend's and colleagues
