Unreliable

Really disappointed as the Pirelli winter tyres I ordered turned out to be out of stock although website still showed they were available and processed my full order. This led to me getting a phone call the following day to explain they were out of stock and that my payment would be refunded which could take a few days. Not a good advertisement !!

We do apologise for the inconvenience that has been caused.

Tyre Shopper has access to multiple suppliers and we generally deliver tyres on time.
Unfortunately on occasions this does not happen, this happened to be one of those times.
