Laptop good as new!

You're always taking a chance when buying online, especially buying secondhand/refurbished but I have to say that I'm glad I did. The laptop was in brilliant condition. It hardly looked used!
One tip for buyers... I went on the Dell website and entered the service tag on the label under the laptop to update drivers. It's good because I had to install drivers for the touchpad. All is now working perfectly.
