I have had dealings with other bedding companies (dream) were I ordered the bed and matress to be delivered on a certain day as I was expecting guest and was phoned the day before delivery that they could not deliver. I said sorry but I was depending on the bed and if you cant deliver I would have to cancel my order, they said I could but it would cost me, I asked for their customer service and felt like I was talking to a machine; they have no idea of customer service, they did not even reply to my email. So I will tell anyone if you want a bed or matress the go to matressnextday (I have told some already) for excelent sevice and good value, it's so simple to get exactly what you want. I also explain I have qualifications in Customer service so I know what to expect.
