Absolutely Terrible.

I bought my item the first week in November and had an email to say to product had been dispatched, I never received it. I sent an email 4 weeks later to ask when I should be expecting my purchase- no reply. I tried to ring the telephone number given on the website- no answer.
One of the worst online shopping experiences I have come across.
