Some of the text on the save the dates were faded, was told they might just be extras and if we wanted them re-printed we had to send the faulty ones back. Don't have the time to do this and not willing to pay postage to send them back.
Wasn't sent enough ribbons for all save the dates, was told this was because we were sent spares - what's the point of sending spares without any ribbons as we can't use them without these!
