Terrible Service

I placed an order on 6th December, it is now the 29th December and I still have not received it! When I emailed asking for an update I was told there was nothing they could do as it was due to the Christmas post, really?! I have placed orders elsewhere after this and received them within days.... Not impressed at all!! They are bridesmaid gifts for my Wedding on 3rd January and if I don't get them by then I don't know what I will do!

Not very impressed

Some of the text on the save the dates were faded, was told they might just be extras and if we wanted them re-printed we had to send the faulty ones back. Don't have the time to do this and not willing to pay postage to send them back.

Wasn't sent enough ribbons for all save the dates, was told this was because we were sent spares - what's the point of sending spares without any ribbons as we can't use them without these!

Dear Hayley

Thank you for taking the time to review Bride and Groom. I know that when we print an order we always send at least 2 extra cards. It is standard procedure if there is a problem with a card just to ask for a sample so that we can follow this up in production and more importantly that we do not make an error again if there is a printing issue with an order.
I shall contact you directly to discuss this further.
