Average, looks good on web but the reality is not the same

I was pretty impressed with the website, ordering process and the speed of delivery. However when I unpacked over half the goods were damaged, I arranged a redelivery but the courier couldn't collect at the same time. So arranged for a delivery with a separate collection, only to wait in all afternoon and the courier didn't turn up. A few phone calls later revealed that they couldn't find the address which was odd considering the same firm found it first time. Arrranged another day for delivery, so we will see what happens next - sometimes I despair.
