Placed my order on 26th August - was delivered a "faulty batch" as confirmed by the "customer services" at Victoria Plumb. So far I have taken 5 deliveries and 1 month on I am STILL waiting for the correct goods to be delivered. Each time I wait for a delivery it costs me money in loss of earnings (supply teacher so only paid for working days) - so far for a £200 delivery I am £300 out of pocket. A shabby and shameful service all round - to anyone out there DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
