I love the simplicity of the programme which saves me tedious hours of menu planning, shopping and weighing out my food. Although it isn't cheap it can be partially off-set against your usual food bill. I don't have a lot to lose and this is my second visit to the diet - I find it ideal for a month and expect to lose half a stone. I exercise quite a bit but it's very simple just to add a portion of brown rice at dinner or a slice of wholemeal bread at lunch etc. You can go to bed with a clear conscience and not have to worry about planning ahead. It's a doddle.
The breakfasts and lunches are very similar to my normal diet (I'm a porridge and soup fan) minus the crisps and biscuits... I have found all but the couscous based lunches perfectly edible and some are delicious. The dinners are a bit more hit and miss and, as other reviewers say, thay are bit heavy on the sauce side. Saying that, it does mean you have a sauce for your vegetables and you can always get the last up with a spoon!
If you're a busy person and like to keep it simple I'd definitely recommend giving it a go.
