excerlent communication

Mattress overlay is first class and delivery was just as promised


No interest in customer

Never order anything in a mattress man shop as by doing so you forfit all rights to return good should anything go wrong .If you order on line you have 7 days to make sure all is ok. However seing for myself the amount of interest the company has in customers apart rom taking there money your best bet is to order nothing from mattress man and find another company

I am sorry that you are unhappy with the mattress that you have received. With our in-store purchases, as many stores, when items can be seen and tested in-store, we do not offer a returns period. This is stated in store and on the back of your receipt. If you are unhappy with the terms and conditions that you have agreed to, the order can be stopped up until time of delivery.

When you raised the complaint regarding your mattress, we wanted to make sure that the problem was personal preference and not a fault as we would not leave a customer with faulty goods. The out come of the inspection was that the mattress is perfectly normal and the complaint is down to personal preference.

I do apologise that you are unhappy with this outcome. We have offered a good will gesture to you if you would like to re order the correct mattress for you.
