STILL NOT GOT MY PACKAGE!

ordered something online from amazon got next day delivery and 2 days later still not arrived. Says its been delivered on my tracking as well but nothing.

talked to someone on there online chat called Karen she said she is contacting the depot and seeing where it it and will call me when she finds out. Yet no phone call and no parcel received.

I would of got it quicker with just doing it threw royal mail at this point.


Company is a total joke customer satisfaction is terrible. No idea how Amazon be connected with this company!
